Clay finish colors Tierrafino Finish is available in 8 colors. No pigments have been used to create these beautiful colors. It is the composition of the clays and sands. The different minerals that have stained sediment and altered its color over long periods of time.

The chosen clay finish, either coarse (textured) or smooth, has a distinctive effect on the overall color of a wall of Tierrafino Finish. Generally speaking, a smooth trowelled surface will show a deeper colour, therefor seeming darker than a wall finished with only a sponge to create a textured effect. The colors that are shown on this page display various types of finish. Tierrafino advises you to always make a sample of the desired finish with the actual material obtained for your project.

By mixing in additives, Tierrafino Finish can give a more rural effect with straw, or a subtle sparkle by adding Mother of Pearl.

Important: Finish is a 100% natural material made of quarried materials, therefor it is possible that color differences may appear between different batches of the same color. That is why Tierrafino advises you or your applicator to make a sample before starting a project. Tierrafino also advises to purchase buckets of one batch of a certain color, your dealer will be happy to help you with making a selection. In case of having purchased different batches of one color, always mix them properly before application to achieve one overall color.
Check material before application to ensure that it meets the color ordered. Slight color differences from previous deliveries/batches are possible. Only apply deliveries with the same batch number to a single surface. Deliveries/batches are to be mixed before application. Replacement claims for reasons of color difference after application cannot be accepted!
